Greg Wood, CEO
In 2011, Greg Wood founded what would become GIBC Digital. As CEO, he has grown the company to more than 30 employees, with offices in major cities around the world. He led the company’s growth by delivering on key regulatory change programs at global investment banks. Prior to founding GIBC Digital, Greg held positions at Bridgewater Associates, and worked as an attorney for several prominent law firms.
Greg holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He earned his Juris Doctorate and L.L.M. in International and Comparative Law from Cornell Law School and is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
Stella Chin, Global Head of Strategy and Planning
Stella joined the management team of GIBC Digital in early 2016, after spending 9 years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where she helped to build out and manage the global Digital Marketing and Sales enablement capabilities, teams and platforms for the asset management businesses. She also managed a joint, J.P. Morgan Funds and Chase, new product launch and key Marketing initiatives.
Prior to J.P. Morgan, Stella was a Manager in the Financial Services practice at Accenture and held positions at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America in groups focused on delivering large change programs. Stella graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
Mark Parsons, Global Head of Automation and Process Design
Mark joined GIBC Digital at the start of 2017. He was previously at Barclays Capital for 5 years, where he was responsible for automation and embedding operational-excellence and continuous-improvement practices across the global enterprise.
Prior to Barclays, Mark was at Credit Suisse in New York and Singapore leading Operational Excellence programs for Investment Banking, Private Banking, and Asset Management. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for global process improvement projects at HSBC.
Gino Bautista, Global Head of DATA Intelligence
Gino recently joined GIBC Digital after 7 years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he founded the Business Intelligence Lab group, which delivered integrated analytics and visualization solutions. Prior to that, he spent 3 years in Hong Kong building J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s, first centrally managed APAC digital communications operation.
Gino is a seasoned leader, with experience in driving digital-transformation initiatives, and has also held positions at AIG. He graduated from Stevens Institution of Technology, with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering.
Ross Mabon, COO
Ross joined GIBC Digital in early 2017. Prior to joining, he was employed at UBS, where he was Head of Process Excellence for the United Kingdom and Poland, and was responsible for a portfolio of global programs delivering operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
Ross is a proven leader, with deep expertise in customer and cost transformations. He has over 20 years of experience and has held roles at RBS and British Telecom, leading transformation programs, target operating model strategy, and operational functions. Ross is a graduate of the University of Strathclyde with a Bachelor of Engineering.
Geramae Godilano, APAC Business Development and Client Delivery
Geramae has over 15 years experience managing CRM, sales, marketing, technology and client service business functions and delivering strategic initiatives. She joined GIBC Digital from J.P.Morgan, where she held Asia Pacific roles as Head of CRM for the asset management business and Cloud Governance Lead within Corporate Technology. Geramae also held positions at Aberdeen, Deutsche Asset Management and UBS Global Asset Management.
Earlier in her career, Geramae worked at professional services companies, including Aon, Deloitte Consulting, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Geramae is currently studying for her Master of Business Administration at the Australian Graduate School of Management.
